Aircraft Acquisition

N1 Aviation Inc. provides professional representation to our clients as an Exclusive Agent in their search for a factory new or pre-owned aircraft. Here are some or all of the steps we take to ensure every base is covered during your transaction:

Pre-Owned Acquisition

  • Identify the aircraft that best meets your profile.
  • Check comps on recent sales of the specific aircraft type to gauge market prices and conditions while considering long term market trends.
  • Evaluate the available aircraft in the marketplace.
  • Find any potential aircraft that are not on the market yet.
  • Compare the available aircraft based upon the aircraft’s general condition, total times, engine times, maintenance, avionics and regulatory issues affecting the aircraft type.
  • Coordinate and conduct a logbook review and physically inspect the aircraft.
  • Negotiate a Purchase Agreement with the seller to properly protect your interests. This is the backbone of any transaction.
  • Provide sources for financing, legal and tax advice, insurance and operational guidance.
  • Coordinate and conduct a Pre-Purchase Inspection to technically evaluate the aircraft’s mechanical condition and negotiate the remedy any discovered shortcomings.
  • Coordinate and conduct any add-ons of the aircraft at the refurbishment center.
  • Present options and determine the ideal operation of the aircraft, whether it’s into your own flight department or else a management company with an option to include charter-revenue.
  • Arrange the aircraft’s closing, acceptance and delivery

Factory New Acquisition

  • Identify the aircraft that best meets your profile.
  • Determine new aircraft sales trends.
  • Arrange for a flight demonstration to experience the aircraft.
  • Negotiate with the manufacturer for the purchase. This is the backbone of any transaction.
  • Provide coordination and guidance for any add-ons of the aircraft at the completion center.
  • Provide sources for financing, legal and tax advice, insurance and operational guidance.
  • Present options for the aircraft’s entry into service, whether it’s into your own flight department or management company and whether you want to include charter-revenue as an option.
  • Arrange the aircraft’s closing, acceptance and delivery.
